When we checked in, superior king room with a view was ready. The location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively near Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. Everything was good, even so a few employees where a bit rude.

This place is conveniently located within a short walk to a restaurant and a forest, the building and rooms are clean and offer a nice view.

The staff was affable and very nice. the owner was friendly too. the hotel is close to a Mediterranean restaurant. It's relatively near Michael Mina at Bellagio; I ate there once or twice.

The superior king room and bed were exceptionally comfortable, and the location, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, was nice and convenient.

Clean and charming vibes all around, plus a sweet view to top it off. the extra perks like a stocked minibar, comfy sofa bed, and central heating really made it feel like a treat here. the staff were super friendly and top-notch in their service. 😊.

This hotel is located in a beautiful forest, perfect for those who love hiking and walks. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a truly luxurious experience. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere, as they had prepared special amenities for my furry friend.

Guests can also indulge in a sumptuous breakfast every morning, consisting of a vast array of items, including fresh fruits, chocolates, and a Mediterranean restaurant that serves delicious and authentic dishes. You can take advantage of available facilities such as a health club, spa, sauna, steam bath, and parking.

Some guests reported occasional issues with check-in times not being prompt enough, and some guests sometimes experiencing trouble with the heating system during seasonal changes.

We had a great city break, with two incredible features: a sumptuous breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits and sweets, and a marvelous health club we enjoyed daily. to that, we appreciated the great location, surrounded by lush forests, and the helpfulness of the staff in assisting us with travel arrangements.
